Workshop Living Harmony No Matter What
Our Community Pathway Connector and Community Development programs, in collaboration with Brahma Kumaris and Expats Ladies, hosted the transformative meditation workshop “Living Harmony No Matter What”, led by the inspiring Moira Lowe and conducted in Spanish. This fantastic evening was dedicated to empowering Latin women to discover their inner peace and harmony.
It was an incredible meditation experience focused on overcoming stress, living without fear, and fostering positive thoughts. Meditation is especially important for migrant women as it improves their mental health, reducing symptoms such as depression and anxiety due to their migration experiences and the challenges of adapting to a new environment.
The workshop created an incredible atmosphere, during which participants engaged in powerful conversations with Moira and connected with one another, sharing their experiences as migrant women.
One participant beautifully expressed, “This workshop provided a deep feeling of peace and gratitude.”
