Humanitarian Settlement Program
Welcome to the Multicultural Communities Council Gold Coast (MCCGC) - Humanitarian Settlement Program
Empowering Communities, Transforming Lives
We are delighted to introduce the MCCGC Humanitarian Support Program in collaboration with our esteemed partner, Multicultural Australia.
Together, we provide vital assistance, guidance, and support to individuals and families who have recently arrived on the Gold Coast as humanitarian entrants. Our mission is to ensure a seamless and successful integration into the local community while continuing to encourage clients to have autonomy in their settlement journey within 18 months from arrival while working with their cultural and faith communities to enable connection and belonging.
Embracing Diversity, Building Bridges
MCCGC and Multicultural Australia share a common vision: to create inclusive and harmonious communities that celebrate diversity. With a collective experience of over 40 years, we have been at the forefront of delivering services and programs that cater to the unique needs of individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
Our Commitment
The Humanitarian Support Program embodies our unwavering commitment to offering a holistic and compassionate approach to assist individuals and families who have been granted humanitarian visas. We aim to empower and equip them with the necessary tools and resources to rebuild their lives, foster connections, and create a sense of belonging within the vibrant Gold Coast community.
