Meet the Employer Event

We were excited to organise the Meet the Employer event along with Feros Care, a leader in the Aged Care industry. This evet was held on 14th August at MCCGC Southport office.

This event offered a fantastic opportunity for our clients to connect directly with Feros Care's hiring managers, explore various career paths within their organization, and learn more about the exciting opportunities they had available.

All the candidates came with their updated resumes and loads of enthusiasm.

We hosted the amazing workshop Speak English Naturally and with Confidence

Participants learned about:

• Practical techniques to improve your English every day
• Steps to overcome frustration and master everyday English for success.
• Discover how to embrace your accent, celebrate your identity, and boost confidence while perfecting pronunciation.

Resume Writing and Interview Preparation Session

We held our Resume Writing and Interview Preparation Session in May, during which participants learned essential strategies for successful interviews, including effective communication techniques, body language cues, and how to research and prepare for specific job interviews.

We shared simple, effective techniques to succeed in today's job market.

One of our participants said, “I want to thank you for your work yesterday. It was a very clear session where, in addition to leaving with new knowledge about resumes, I felt very motivated thanks to the examples of cases you mentioned. I loved it! Besides teaching, you motivated us, at least me.”

2. The power of AI in tailoring cover letters. Learn how to captivate employers with personalised and effective communication.
3. Enhance your communication skills by creating intelligent prompts for ChatGPT

We had a great time at our workshop ‘Boosting Your Confidence in Job Searching’ in January. This session was designed to empower and support you on your journey to finding employment. 

During the session, we explored: 

• The importance of self-awareness: Understand your strengths and unique qualities to boost your confidence. 
• Celebrating the best version of you: Learn to appreciate your achievements and capabilities, highlighting what makes you stand out.
