Construction Cleaning
Heavy duty cleaning in new properties, cleaning the property after construction or renovation finished.
Requirements:
- Own transport
- Own equipment (includes heavy-duty vacuum cleaner – around $400, mop, cleaning products)
- ABN – you will need to invoice – casual bases
- White card
- Work individually or partner up with another person, who must have a White Card
- Various locations on the Gold Coast
- Payment is by square metre - $3,00 per square metre (if you clean quicker or take longer the same payment) Example: 100 sqm * $3,00 = $300
- English Level – pre-intermediate
- Be able to work independently
- Reliable
- Physically fit
- Initial investment for vacuum cleaner and products around $500

This position is in a chips factory, where you will have various duties, including production line and packing.

- Pay: $29 per hour
- Shifts
Morning 7.30 AM to 1.30 PM
Afternoon 1:30 PM to 8:30 PM -
English level: Intermediate (to follow instructions)
