Our Care Finder Team's Extraordinary Support

Our amazing Care Finder Navigator, Kym, achieved a remarkable goal by going beyond her role to support her senior clients. One of her clients has children in other states of Australia and New Zealand, and her daughter, who lived on the Gold Coast, worked full time and couldn’t be there to support her parents.

During Kym's first visit, the daughter expressed her confusion about My Aged Care and her struggle to remember all the information about CHSP and Home Care Packages, service providers and codes. She asked Kym if she could explain all this information again and record it as a video to send to her siblings, and she did it.

Thanks to our lovely Kym, the family was very impressed and said that it gave them a clear understanding of their mother’s situation. Kym's passion in going beyond her role to support her clients and their families.
