Gathering with Our SETS Young Women Clients
Our Friday afternoon was very special as we hosted a gathering with our SETS young women clients. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. Listening to their voices, understanding their needs, and receiving feedback about our services is invaluable.
We are committed to providing spaces where every voice is heard and valued. Our young clients' insights are very important as they help us create initiatives tailored to their needs.
During the gathering, we had a girls' circle of empowerment where each girl shared the superpower they dreamed of having to inspire others. They also talked about common questions they have and aspirations, like the journey to university and better ways to seek employment.
A big shout out to Suheir from our SETS program and Ellie from Community Development for leading this insightful gathering.
