Basic Automotive Mechanics Skills Workshop
Twenty Brazilian women felt empowered with basic automotive mechanics skills after a workshop delivered by Djeck from Penelope Garage at our Southport office last Saturday. They learned how to check oil levels, the engine, lighting system, sensors, emergency stop, change a tyre, and what to consider when buying a car. Participants expressed the value of this type of workshop, and they gained practical knowledge.
Thank you to our Community Development team for making this workshop possible. This workshop was delivered in Portuguese to ensure the best possible outcomes for first-language speakers. Would your community benefit from this? Reach out to us to find out how!
