Balikbayan Blues Musical

Last week, Isabela from our Community Development team, Andrew, our CURA Support At Home Manager, and his lovely family enjoyed an incredible evening at the Balikbayan Blues Musical. This Filipino musical play shows the experiences of Filipino-Australian balikbayans as they navigate their funny, intriguing, and rewarding journey to the Land Down Under, while the other Pinoy locals express how to love unconditionally and move on with their lives.

The play highlights the challenges migrants face while living in another country and their emotions going home.
