Potluck With Our Staff

Last week was a fantastic time to celebrate our multiculturalism within our office with food. We gathered with our amazing staff in our potluck at the Southport office. Our incredible team came together, each bringing a dish representing their culture. We got Fattet Hummus from Palestine, arepas and rice pudding from Colombia, green curry from Thailand, Hong Kong fish balls, buuz from Mongolia, sausage rolls, fairy bread, prawn cocktail baguettes and lamingtons from Australia, scotch egged from England, brigadeiro and Feijão Tropeiro from Brazil, hallacas from Venezuela, three milk cake from Mexico, and many more. 

Our potluck was more than a feast. It was a journey through the diverse cultures that make our team so amazing. Each bite told a story, and each flavour was a unique experience of our collective heritage.
